This morning on Hylan Blvd., I witnessed a city bus being towed,
I knew it couldn't have been another bus breaking down, but rather, it looked like there might've been a fire on this bus, as I saw broken windows with burnt marks around them. Sorry, I couldn't get a better shot, as everything moved too quickly.
The NYPD was also on the scene, tagging behind the towed vehicle.
